WELL, let us enlighten you on this divine find in Rittenhouse. Luke's Lobster is renowned as being one of the best seafood counters serving up Main-style lobster rolls across the country. Priding themselves on always having traceable sustainable seafood on deck, major cities like Las Vegas, Chicago, Boston and of course, Philly have welcomed Luke's Lobsters with open arms.
The first time we stopped by Philadelphia's Luke's Lobster, we were amazed by the interior of the store. As soon as you open the doors you feel like you are sitting on a dock in Maine floating on the harbor while waiting for a boat to come by and pick you up. Once you come back to your sense and see the menu, it'll be tough for you to order just one thing. If we review our track record with Luke's, we are predicted to order a lobster roll, a shrimp roll, crab grilled cheese and lobster bisque. Sorry mom and dad...it's just so good. The rolls are served up in a special and irresistible way. Each lobster, shrimp and crab roll are all served "Maine style" with a quarter pound of seafood served chilled. You'll also love the warm griddled and buttered New England split-top bun flavored with a swipe of mayo, a dash of lemon butter and the perfect amount of Luke's secret seasoning. The menu also offers crab rolls, clam chowder and lobster mac and cheese along with a variety of Maine beverage choices. There is so much flavor in each dish!

From our experience, we know Luke's only serves food straight from the source. But we also discovered they make sure no fillers are added into their menu options. Again, they only serve sustainable food and assure you they can trace every ounce of seafood they serve back to the harbor where it was caught. Also, Luke's is a huge supporter of local businesses and a huge supporter of their fisherman. Can we get a round of applause?
