Owners Matthew and Emily Hyland have single handily taken over the burger and pizza game at the same damn time in New York. Their spot "Emily", located in Brooklyn and another spot in West Village (Manhattan) has some of the greatest pizza you can find. However, thats not what we are bringing to light in this post. This is all about burger! The "Emmy Burger" is HANDS DOWN the greatest burger I have ever eaten. So much so that I've had it somewhere around 12 times. It's a dry aged "Pat Lafrieda" patty with melted Grafton cheddar cheese saturated in their famous Emmy Sauce, and is in-between the freshest pretzel bun. Lets not forget about the cornichon and caramelized onions! Iwill assure you that after eating this, you will not be disappointed. The hours to the Brooklyn location: Lunch 12pm-3pm (Saturday and Sunday) Dinner: 5pm-11:30 (Saturday) and 5pm-10:30 (Sunday). Dinner throughout the week: Monday-Thursday 5:30pm-10:30pm and Friday is 5:30-11:30.
