I'm pretty sure that saying goes for anything enjoyable you can touch and/or put in your mouth? Am I right? Yes I am right!
Let me start off by saying Dom Morano's pizza joint, "Prince Street Pizza," is the most incredible pizza shop in Manhattan. Located at 27 Prince Street in Manhattan, Prince Street Pizza serves up the "pepperoni-est" pizza in all of the land. From the cupping of the pepperonis to the crispiness of the dough this place excels in the category of "best pizza ever."
I'll break it down for you-
The sauce: It's a combination of savory ingredients with a bit of sweetness that makes it so rich in flavor. The sauce has such a distinct taste, it's next to impossible to describe the quality with words.
The pepperonis: These little sausages roll up into cups and become a crispy and delicious home to pepperoni grease.
The dough: The dough is baked to perfection giving it a crispy outer edge. My advice to you is to request a corner piece because the crunchiness of the crust alone will blow your mind and alter your whole perspective of the famous square pie.
The crunch. The texture. The pepperonis. The cheese. The sauce. The grease.

Outstanding. I'm not sure what it is...maybe it's the old ass oven, the hardcore small space that is the restaurant, or just the nostalgia of all the factors combined but this place bangs! This spot is the only competition for my hometown favorite- and that is a compliment. As for the regular cuts from PSP? LEGIT. The hours are as followed: Sunday-Thursday 11:30am-11pm. Friday and Saturday: 11:30am-4am. Make sure to stop by on your next trip to the Big Apple.
